the room was spacious. the hotel location is amazing, a perfect spot for lake exploration. breakfast offered many choices. the spa access was a definite plus after a long day.

the beautiful room featured a comfortable double bed, and the lake view was amazing. amenities included two plush bathrobes, slippers, and a selection of high-quality toiletries. a small balcony offered direct views of the serene lake and distant mountains.

The breakfast buffet presented fresh pastries, a variety of cheeses, and smoked salmon. the restaurant offered an extensive wine list, and the sommelier provided helpful recommendations. dinner service included beautifully plated dishes with locally sourced ingredients. We loved the food but the views were amazing!

a rather average hotel experience
bee infestation broken fridge
the bee situation in my room was less than ideal. it took nearly an hour to get those buzzing freeloaders out. the mini fridge wasn't working either. i expect a fridge that actually chills when i'm paying these prices. the spa charged extra and felt more like a crowded public pool, not the relaxing retreat i envisioned.

magnificent landscapes good food nice pool view sauna
the view from the hotel was very nice, it features magnificent landscapes. i found the restaurant served good food, the service was excellent there. i liked the pool area, it was very nice. the hotel also has a sauna with a view, i found it luxurious.
the housekeeping arrived late in the day, i didn't thought they cleaned the room very well.

the room was a good size, it has modern decor. i got a balcony and view, it was a nice surprise. the room was quiet and had air conditioning, this was easy to use.

the staff was very lovely, every single one. the front desk staff was helpful but not overly friendly. i met someone from mauritius, he was great and we are from the same home country.

the hotel location is above the lake, it features magnificent views. the situation is very good, but a car or taxis are best for getting into town. the walk through the woods is easy in daylight.

i had dinner in the atelier restaurant one night, the food was great. portions were not huge, it was nicely cooked. breakfast was also lovely with multiple options. the bar area has a perfect spot for a coffee.

underwhelming stay, quite disappointing
the view from the hotel was acceptable.
i wasn't pleased about the multiple hidden costs i encountered. parking alone cost over €40 for two nights. breakfast wasn't included, this wasn't mentioned at check-in.

breakfast price parking smell
i found the breakfast a little disappointing. it was overpriced for what i got. i expected more for the price i payed. the smell in the top car park was quite bad, it made some areas less enjoyable.

helpful staff perfect location tranquil hills lovely pool
I stayed two nights. Luis and his front desk team helped. The hotel location is perfect for a walk into town. The location offers tranquility in the hills. The pool was lovely, too.
The mini bar was missing from the room.
